Leonie Bramall started riding as a child in Canada, riding Western and Eventing before gravitating to dressage. She was a very successful Junior and Young dressage rider before moving at the age of 18, to Jo Hinnemann’s dressage stable at Voerde in Germany where she worked for 15 years.

Since then she has conducted a breeding and training facility with her partner, Volker Dusche.
