He writes for magazines all over the world and is recognised as a great authority on sport horse breeding.<\/p>\n<p>In 1984, Bernard promoted a syndicate to re-launch the breeding career of the influential Thoroughbred stallion, Laudanam, and he used the same idea again to \u2018rescue\u2019 the great Alm\u00e9 from the hands of Zangersheide in 1986.
