From 1994 to 2008 he worked as head of the department for public relations of the National Equestrian Federation (NF) of Germany. From 2008 to 2009 he was the managing director of the German Association for Therapeutic Riding (DKThR). Since 2009 he\u00a0has been working as an independent consultant in kinds of media, communications, marketing and all equestrian questions for several national and international companies and organisations and as a freelancer for the German NF. He is also working as a freelance journalist for German and international equestrian magazines.<\/p>\n<p>In his active time, the amateur riding trainer rode dressage, show jumping and eventing competitions, mostly on self educated horses. He became experienced in horse and pony breeding he got as a delegate for the education of young breeders. He is connected\u00a0to \u00a0racing through his wife, a former amateur jockey and a government proved master riding instructor for racing sport.
