The public has voted: GLOCK\u2019s Johnson TN is \u2018Horse of the Year 2019\u2019 after heavy voting over the past month in the\u00a0\u00a0 Horse of the Year election.\u00a0After the eventual count of votes, GLOCK\u2019s Johnson TN is the Horse of the Year 2019!<\/p>\n

During the KWPN Stallion Show in \u2019s Hertogenbosch on the 31st of January the ceremony will take place.\u00a0With 3.831 votes, GLOCK\u2019s Johnson TN had the most votes by far.<\/p>\n

Last year he was already present at the KWPN Stallion Show for his beautiful goodbye to the sport.\u00a0This year he will return for his Horse of the Year 2019 coronation on Friday the 31st of January.<\/p>\n

GLOCK\u2019s Johnson TN has quite the honors list: champion of the stallion selection, winner of the stallion competition, second in the Pavo Cup, many Small Tour successes, winner of team bronze at the WEG in Caen, winner of the European team gold and individual bronze in Aachen and participation in the Olympic Games in Rio. All these years and successes with Hans Peter Minderhoud. He has also proven his value in breeding. Johnson is on a second place in the WBFSH Sire Ranking which was announced recently \u00a0He earned this second place with the performances of his offspring and with this proves his value in breeding. For example his son Hexagon\u2019s Double Dutch, who does very well by winning his first international Grand Prix last year with Thamar Zweistra. Also Meggle\u2019s Boston won several Grand Prix\u2019s, in November he did this in as well Oldenburg as in M\u00fcnchen with his rider Matthias Bouten.<\/p>\n

The top three in the election is filled with Blue Hors Zack, again in second place with 1.323 votes and Za\u00efre-E on the third place with 1.227 votes. Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve follows with 667 votes, then Explosion W with 622 votes and Horse of the Year 2018, Verdi, with 451 votes.<\/p>\n

On Friday the 31st of January GLOCK\u2019s Johnson TN will officially be named \u2018Horse of the Year 2019\u2019 at the KWPN Stallion Show in \u2019s Hertogenbosch.<\/em><\/p>\n
