A win at Mannheim for Bella – first competition in 19 months… Great news for the world of dressage! World’s number one rider, Isabell Werth, has both her superstar mares back in competition and in winning form. Isabell’s Bella Rose had her first competition start in 19 months to win the CDI4* Grand Prix for the Special with a score of 79.957%. The score included six marks of 10, with two of the five judges scoring the pair over 80%.<\/p>\n And a win for Weihegold! To underline the message, Isabell and her other mighty mare, Weihegold took out CDI4* Grand Prix for Freestyle with a score 81.674% for the win in the Grand Prix for the Freestyle. Weihegold is number two in the world, behind Bella Rose.<\/p>\n Weihegold has competed twice since Covid-19 lockdowns, in July last year and January this year.<\/p>\n With Weihegold, Isabell won team gold at the 2016 Olympics and the 2017 European Championships and won three straight World Cup Finals before the finals were cancelled for the past two years.<\/p>\n Isabell’s feat is even more impressive when you realise just how many years Isabell has been at the top of the sport – and just how many horses she has produced.
