ARNAGE

WARMBLOOD STUD

Arnage Warmblood Stud in the Mary Valley in

Queensland, specializing in breeding with carefully

chosen imported Hanoverian mares.

Combining the best genetics of individually selected

stallions suitable for each mare, we are producing

foals that are equal to anything found in Europe. The

dam line of any horse is equal to, or more important

than the stallion line, and we have mares by the best

bred stallions available, such as Totilas, Fürstenball,

Desperados, Royal Classic, De Niro, Balou du

Rouet and Quintender. These are all stallions that

competed successfully, and are now producing top

performance horses.

We also stand our own successful stallions

Fiderfürst and Premonition who are making names

for themselves in Dressage and Eventing. Fiderfürst

is National Dressage Reserve Elementary and

Reserve Medium Champion, and Premoniton is an

Equestrian Queensland Finalist for Horse of the Year.

Come and check out our beautiful foals and yearlings.

ANNWN PARK

Our key objectives are to produce Baroque type Lipizzaner

horses that are phenotypical of the breed. They must

have breed type, ‘noblesse’, the trademark Lipizzaner

movement & trainability. We do not breed for trends. Our

horses are registered and accredited with the Australian

Lipizzaner Registry Inc.

The stud was founded in 1999 and at that time was located

in Bathurst NSW. Since 2004 the stud has been situated

on 30 picturesque acres in Stuart Town, Central Western

NSW. Our current stallion, 257 Favory Pallavicina ‘Merlin’,

is an exceptional type within the breed. A highly successful

ridden and led horse, he is now proving himself as a sire

of excellence.

2013 saw Annwn Park importing themare KL Generale-321,

bred by Kirsch Lipizzaners Germany, with the motivation

being to help strengthen the stud’s breeding program as well

as the breed as a whole within Australasia. We have also

incorporated the 4sz Mesohegyes mare line, which is extinct

apart from the few representatives in Australasia, into our

current genetics through the lovely mares 223 Lucca and

254 Londra. This particular mare line produces outstanding

movement and trainability.

In March 2016, the Australian Lipizzaner Registry Inc. will

be hosting Lipizzaner Accreditations and Evaluations with

Dr. Jaromir Oulehla (former Director of the Spanish Riding

School). A qualified Judges School will also be run over

two days. Dr. Oulehla will visit Australia, New Zealand and

Malaysia, accrediting in total some 50 Purebred Lipizzaner

horses. Annwn Park will be hosting his NSW visit.
