Top Price “Vom anderen Stern“ – Online foal auction on June 17

(Verden Press Release) On the evening of June 17, 30 auction foals changed owners for an average price of 8,125 Euros. The top price was the Viva Gold son Vom anderen Stern with a knock down price of 20,500 Euros.

The best paid foal was Vom andere Stern by Viva Gold/Fidertanz (breeder and exhibitor: Kai Baumgartner, Wulkau). A new customer from Lower Saxony bought the promising youngster for 20,500 Euros. Charity Odessa by Chacfly PS/Cascadello (breeder and exhibitor: Ludwig Decker Jun., Bierbergen) comes from the very best dam line of Klaseta. The name says it all, the ancestor Odesssa is the dam of the stamp stallion Grannus. For the price of 11,000 Euros, the bay filly will enrich the breeding of a breeder from the Braunschweig area.

Altogether, seven foals achieved a price of 10,000 Euros and more. The sales quota was identical to that of the four previous auctions. 18 auction foals were bought by bidders from Germany, four move to a new stable in Poland, three of the foals start their journey to Spain, two mov to the Ukraine and one foal each moves to Sweden, Great Britain and Hungary.

The last date of the Verden Foal Spring is June 28 to July 1. The Verden team is already looking forward to the first public presentation at the Verden Auction for foals and broodmares on August 6th followed by an online auction on August 7th and 8th, of course only if the official regulations allow it.
